The Power of Music

A song can glorify God or the devil, if that song does not build up your spirit and glorify God, watch out!
I have no problem with your kind of music, but I have a big problem with the motive behind your music. There is no neutral ground in this case; it’s either constructive or destructive to your spirit. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not until you mention God in your music, there must be a glaring motive behind your music.
God loves music and the devil (originally Lucifer) was supposed to provide music by his mere movement; but when he was casted out of heaven because of pride, he perverted his original use and started deceiving the world through the same music he was originally created to produce. It is very easy for the devil to influence just about anybody and pass his message of destruction (coated with sex, fame, money, power, et al) across.
Since every human being was created in the image of God, we naturally respond to music and since we have not consciously filtered what we want or not, all music appeals to us. The danger however, that is the lyrics of the music sticks to our subconscious mind such that we begin to draw from the bank of junks we have allowed to be dumped there.
Make a conscious effort to filter what music you listen to; watch the music that plays while you sleep, your subconscious mind is very powerful.

You are a world shaker.
